It's O.K.

You know, some days that is just what you need to hear.

Today is my some day.

I belong to facebook. Something I really knew nothing about until a friend pestered me into joining :) Now I am glad I did. It has been a wonderful way to connect with friends I haven't been in touch with for years.

There is a facebook application called:

"On This Day God Wants You To Know".

I get these little messages sent to me from facebook space every day. Today's message was absolutely perfect for what I have going on in my day (actually my week this week).

"Just rest for a moment. It's OK. Yes, things are crazy, yes, the world is going nuts. Yet, deep underneath the stormy waves, there, in the core of your being, there is pure silence, pure love. And ... it's ... just ... OK."

We can find what we need if we just stop. take a moment. open our eyes, ears and hearts.

God does bring us the most delightful things in the most unexpected of places.

Today I found mine on an obscure facebook application.

Yes. It's O.K. Deep in the core of your being, there is pure silence, pure love. And...it's....just....OK.

How easy it is in the swirl of life around us to forget that sometimes.

Stop. Take a breath. Silence your thinking.

Find that inner silence and rest there for moment.
